  • Face-to-face training starts at $50 an hour. Onlone coaching packages being at $150 for 6 weeks or $250 for 12 weeks.

  • We offer group sessions throughout the week so you can meet and train with other runners. These sessions cater for all ability levels.

    We keep the group sessions interesting and maximise your training by mixing up the types of training sessions we do. Examples include:
    — Easy runs
    — Strength and mobility focus
    — Hill repeats
    — On/off: intervals and fartlek running
    — Tempo: longer, controlled efforts
    — Trail running
    — Time trials
    — Speedwork

  • Many runners can make solid progress training on their own. However, having a coach can help you if you are having trouble staying disciplined, motivated or are struggling to improve. A coach will provide structure to your training, keep you on track when you’re struggling, provide specific advice on how to improve and stay injury free - and best of all encourage you to stay in the race!
